Real estate and property photography available in the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara Region, St. Catherine's, Welland, Thorold and Fort Erie, Ontario. We are prepared to take on contracts, and property development. We capture image, video and aerial footage.

Our digital copies can come in USB or microSD format. They are also available to be shared online via Google drive, Microsoft Dropbox or email. Please let us know what your preferred method of data preservation is. In some instances, we are also able to directly upload your information to a shared server or network.

Full Project Documentation from Beginning to the End of your Project

Full project documentation includes photographs and videos of your project from the beginning, to the end. Record how your construction project is progressing, understand any changes that need to be made, share your information with any applicable parties.

Interior and Exterior Photographs

The full interior and exterior of your property will be documented in high definition. All the rooms, and project details will be included, and added to your portfolio. You can request digital copies, or you can have printed images sent by mail.

Apartment Buildings

Apartment buildings require more time and effort, and need to be dealt with in a careful fashion. In order to not disturb tenants, our photography procedures will be conducted in a timely fashion. Apartment building photography can involve single units, or drone sweeps of the property itself.

Housing Development

These locations require aerial photography, and weather willing restrictions. Contact us for housing development packages.

Large Structures

Large objects that are being constructed, surveyed or researched can be documented using aerial drone photography.
